He put her life in danger and the life of the baby in danger. Making her push before she was fully dilated is dangerous to them. This sadist needs to go to jail for this. At the least he needs to lose his license to practice medicine. His actions were those of a rapist. Inflicting pain on a helpless woman in the most cruel way.
