&lt;p&gt;Again though...mommy and me is pretty much for first time mom's unless you have childcare for the older one's.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I did the yoga and so on with no. 1 but was unable to do so when I had a second.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am envious of the local mommy stroller fitness group I see when I am at the community centre.&lt;/p&gt;
