My dad just had a quadruple bypass.

And they served him Frosted Flakes in the hospital after. He loved them. Buys them at home, now.

But then again, the nutritionist couldn't find anything to change in his diet except to cut his 3 bowls of ice cream a week to 1 or 2. Other than that, he eats extremely healthy food, well-balanced meals, and works out 5 days a week.

Needless to say, he never goes to Mickie D's. Me neither! And our kids won't either. Blech! (Working there for 3 months cured me of ever wanting to eat that food.)

I'm sure she will one day get to McD's somehow, be it via her daddy or a playgroup or god knows what, but I am absolutely sure it won't be me.

I hope my husband and I will be setting a good example in our house for healthy eating and lifestyle. He's a triathlete and I'm on the treadmill a couple times a day to lose the baby weight and we both hope that by setting this example, The Jillian will follow.
