&lt;p&gt;Helping each other out should be a high priority too. &amp;nbsp;We're too quick with our sharp tongues and lack the initiative to extend help or even just a shoulder to cry on. &amp;nbsp;Our kids could learn a lot from us if we switched things around.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It all starts with being strong enough to say, &amp;quot;I could care less what anyone thinks of me.&amp;quot; &amp;nbsp;It isn't always easy, but trust me, it works.&lt;/p&gt;
