Breastfeeding and constant walking, rocking, bouncing, singing, etc. will do the trick.&lt;/p&gt;

I think it's due to a. breastfeeding and b.how having kids made my lifestyle so much more active than before (can't really be a couch-potato 5pm-2am like I used to when I have 2 less than 3YOlds to entertain daily.)&lt;/p&gt;
