&lt;p&gt;He's not a twin, but he's 22 and he's still going through puberty (he shaves once or twice a month, for example) and is generally effeminate, and I suspect that those are homonally-based. Oddly, his brother and father are both hirsute, robust, manly men, wheeras the friend is ... not. Think Mr. Burns, but taller.&lt;/p&gt;
