&lt;p&gt;Which, IMO, makes the fuss even more ridiculous.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm especially appaled by the explanation that no one wants to &amp;quot;do that vocabulary lesson&amp;quot; where they explain to the kids what a scrotum is. &amp;nbsp;Isn't that &amp;quot;vocabulary lesson&amp;quot; part of the science and health curricula?&lt;/p&gt;

That is insane that the book got banned for referring to a dog scrotum... &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And obviously that librarian is an idiot for saying 'you won’t find men’s genitalia in quality literature.' MOST quality literature revolves around male genitalia. ;)&lt;/p&gt;
