&lt;p&gt;I'm still a fan of xyltiol products. &amp;nbsp;6 - 10 grams per day for a year will cover you for nearly a decade. We only think 10 years because no one has looked further. &amp;nbsp;Gum, candy, toothpaste, gels are all good options for supplying xylitol to the mouth. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;www.sprydental.com has a large variety of products, there are others as well.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Carefree Koolers are no longer available, switch to Ice Breakers Cubes - look for xylitol as the first ingredient when choosing OTC gums.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Sugar free gum containing xylitol (we like Carefree Coolers) is also good for teeth, especially newly emerged adult teeth.&lt;/p&gt;
