I hope you enjoyed the maiden voyage of 15 Second Gourmet, the cooking show for extremely, ridiculously, absurdly busy moms. Why am I convinced it will be a hit? It cracks me up, for one. For two, aren't all moms are extremely, ridiculously, absurdly busy? Um, ya. My point exactly.
Note: This epsiode was brought to you by my procuring a bag of frozen mango chunks from Trader Joe's. If you want to be a five second alcoholic gourmet, they are also fab in sake in lieu of ice.
Note deux: Maple syrup can and should be added to the above smoothie if you aren't a mama on a diet (moi) or a baby who doesn't know the difference (Hugo). Also, Grade B maple syrup is roundabout 1/3 the cost of Grade A and I really don't get why. Grade B seems darker and more mapley, which in my book is the opposite of bad.
