  • Moving from two naps to one....

    My 13 month old used to be very consistent with naps. He'd take two a day and each would last about an hour and a half. Lately, he fights the afternoon nap and is EXHAUSTED by the end of the day. Yesterday for the first time, he fell asleep eating! So, here's my question...When do toddlers move...

    I am about to do the same thing, put the 13 month old night waker in with his sister. I dont let him CIO but he can be noisy, and quite joyful in the middle of the night Tonight I am going to try the Sounds For Silence CD http://www.soundsforsilence.com.au/ that I used to settle my daughter for naps...

    Well. We tried blowing through his nap for a few days and after melt-down after melt-down, my son and I decided that naps are a good thing. I'm going to nap with him for as long as he'll let me. I'll just work later and catch up on my shut eye during our daily nap!
