This interview was fantastic! It has given me a sense of closure I did not realize I needed. Maybe I was still in the denial phase, since I only allow my 4-year-old to watch Steve episodes of "Blue's Clues."
You go with your bad self, Steve! And I will definitely come see you next time you decide to rock the Bay Area's face.

Our Son loved him too on the show. the chapter when day introduced Joe was a special one for him.

My 9 year old asked the other day, "isn't Steve done with college yet, or is he getting a Master's degree?" which I thought was pretty funny because as many of you may remember, Steve going off to college was the reason they gave for the Joe switchover, but she *so* thoroughly believed it that she has him in grad school! I guess she can't imagine why anyone would leave the show and not come back. She still will watch them with her younger sister, who is 2.
