Congrats on this piece (and all the other stepparent stories recently)! There are so many "blended" families out there--mine included--and it's great to see our stories validated. Please keep this up.

If and when you decide to have a baby of your own, I highly doubt resentment could be born from a family like yours, full of love and respect.
