I attended Ladies Rock Camp this weekend in Portland and watched a band that was formed at Girls Rock Camp -- they were adorable and amazing. They beat-boxed, played the drums, rocked out on the guitar, and worked the room like nobody's business. So wonderful to see young girls feeling empowered early on. Sends the right message -- that they can do anything.
I also highly recommend Ladies Rock Camp -- it was a life-changing experience!

Man... I can only DREAM!!!!!!! I wonder if my toddler will grow up to be a Rocker Grrrrl. She does love music.
