feedback for "Home Office"

  1. I am an ENTJ through and through. I did the MBTI with my staff a few months ago and it made me a better manager. Now, if we could just find a way to get kids to come out with their results tattooed on them.

  2. I like the Meyers-Brigg personality types. I feel it's good for accepting who you are, and working around that to do what you need to do. Your results on the test vary over time though. If you take it again years and years after you first took it your results could be slightly different. I am an INFP, but there are numbers attached to those numbers. When I took it recently I scored a much higher Introverted score than I did when I was younger. I think I'll look into that book.
