Re: Right Bank Babies Use of Child's Photograph Without Parental Consent
Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter is to inform you that Ms. Ellen Uzarowicz, doing business as Right Bank Babies continues to use images of my daughter without consent of her parents and legal guardians. Images are currently displayed on the website www.rightbankbabies.com and in recent mailings. My wife and I complained to Ms. Uzarowicz about her use of my daughter’s pictures and she agreed by her email of January 6, 2009 “to never use any images of [my daughter] in any promotional materials from this point forward.”
Will you please check with Ms. Uzarowicz before using any images in her advertising materials or website. Ask her if she has a model release from liability that will protect you from displaying images of minor children.
