What about the Step2 Choo Choo Wagon? The design is brilliant - each kid gets his/her own car with drink holder and seat belt (so no battles over personal space). And you can buy up to three additional cars for more kids (though who would want to pull so many?). We have twins and a sibling, and it's great for all three.
