9 Ways to Make Sure Our National Parks Are Still Here for Our Kids

In those wild areas, we have cascading waterfalls, erupting volcanoes, moose herds, and fields of wildflowers. We have over 400 national park areas with 84 million acres, amazing resources that give us all a chance to experience the beauty of the great outdoors. This is in addition to the awesome open space areas and inspiring state parks scattered throughout the country.

The Fourth of July is a perfect time to celebrate our gorgeous natural resources and take action to keep them around for our future generations. In honor of Independence Day, here are nine ways you can keep America’s spacious skies, amber waves of grain, and purple mountains just as great as they are today, while enjoying all they have to offer.
