    Plan A Mission
One of my favorite memories from our trip was hunting down a pressed penny for Scarlet's collection. After searching all over the Empire State Building, laughing and giving guards the slip, we found the cranky old machine in front of a cramped souvenir shop across the Ave.

Ya know your favorite local pizza joint? Well, this is the gold standard to which they aspire. NY Pizza forever! Sorry Chicago. So greasy in my belly, mmmmm.

Take a ton of photos together of course. Your girlfriend will never mind taking just one more to get it right. Maybe I can hide my single eye-bag if I turn my head just... a bit more.

    See Some Art
Ok, maybe not this art from the Hotel bathroom lobby but still see some art to make your NY experience complete. We suggest starting with the MOMA.

Use your 2nd cousin, an ex boyfriend or even the hotel concierge to find an off-the-radar bar or restaurant for a true NY experience. We're talking no sign, converted single-car garage in Chelsea with a gourmet chef working a few hot-plates behind the bar. Smith & Mills

Well it wouldn't be a secret if we explained but definitely do something crazy and tell no one else.

    Twinsies til Ya Drop
One of the few nice things about living far apart is that you and your BFF can buy matching clothes and no one will know, well, unless you post dressing room photos on the internet. But also, ew, what am I doing in this photo? Madewell

    Remember the Littles
While in Soho, stop by Pearl River to pick up unique and affordable tchotchkes for the Men and Children.
  • Like the Locals 9 of 10
    Like the Locals
Make your way into a New York apartment. Well, only if you know them obviously. I love seeing how people live in the city, especially if they have the incredible fortune of a roof deck with a view
  • Down Time 10 of 10
    Down Time
New York may not sleep but you should! If you've found a deal on a nice hotel, spend some time enjoying it. Sip champagne in bed and analyze your lives to death. Hooray Womanhood! Ace Hotel NY
