I’m still getting used to writing “13″ for the new year. Is it just me?

Anyway, since it’s still the beginning of a new year, I’m trying to remember to embrace happiness in each and every day.  Because being happy isn’t a state, y’all; it’s an attitude.  For most of us, happiness is something we have to remember to go after daily, or we can get too muddied down with all of the trappings of adulthood and responsibility.

So how about you join me in grabbing some happiness in every day…from appreciating the littlest things to reveling in the fun and silly?

    Dunno, but it is. So just go to bed earlier. We all need to ... it's one of the simplest things we can to do feel better. And feeling better = happier.

    Feed your belly AND soul. Gardening is meditative, and at the end you can have yummy, healthy produce. Or pretty flowers, or whatever you want. It'll make you happy. Promise.
