11 Moms Spill Their Kids’ Best Disneyland Memories

Disneyland is great for kids of all ages. And I guess adults of all ages as well although I do think it’s weird to be an adult whose totally obsessed with Disneyland when you have no kids. “But wait” you say, “What about adults who love Hello Kitty! and they have no kids?” Exactly. Don’t care for it. But hey, that’s just me. Go to Disney kids or no kids and have fun. I will say that when I went to D-land pre kids I always got freaked out when the characters would approach me. How do I know who’s in that costume? It could be another adult who is just looking at me like, “you are a weirdo coming here with no kids. Get a life.” No YOU get a life, Mickey! Clearly, I am my own worst enemy. But hey, here are some of my friends telling you what their kids’ favorite thing about Mouseland.

This is my son Zakary. He loves "mickeyland" more than he loves chocolate. This is how he treats Mickey every time he sees him. And the picture with Rapunzel, especially after the 10 minute flirting session , could have easily been categorized as his first date!

Ellie was pretty pumped about meeting all the princesses. She asked them all to write HER name in her autograph book. When Aurora asked if she could write her own name Ellie said "uhhhhhh I guess - yeah sure." She informed Aurora that she is a princess also. There seemed to be some confusion on exactly who was the celebrity. Lol!

"My favorite ride at Disneyland is Peter Pan because it is like you are flying in a ship and it is "pinch" black but you get to see stars and see Neverland. And I also like "It's a Small World After All", The Jungle Cruise and the Winnie the Pooh ride." Grace Horn 6

I'd say my twin Reese's favorite part would be princesses but her sister's favorite part would have to be trick or treating at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party and then proceeding to stuff as much candy as humanly possible in her mouth at one time on the monorail ride home.

This was my son Luke when he was 7. While at Disneyland he tells me 'Mommy, I love riding Pirates of The Can-of-beans' HA! We laughed and laughed!

Katie was 6 and Maggie was 3 and this is STILL what they remember most, Meeting Cruella Deville! They loved how mean she was!! She scribbled out the princesses in their autograph books before she signed her name, because she said she did not like them. We have been since but this still reigns as a top memory. I love how great they follow the character traits. Wish they found me as funny and charming when I am crabby and mean!
