14 Fantastic Fish Recipes

The first time Kenya said he wanted scallops I was hesitant, as I couldn’t imagine him actually wanting to eat them. My own childhood experience with scallops was seriously marred by the frozen breaded scallops from the box that my parents left the babysitter to reheat for us on the nights they went out. But I realized that, as many parents do, I was unfairly projecting my own childhood judgments onto Kenya, so I thought twice about it and gave in to his culinary curiosity. He has gone from eating 1-2 scallops in a meal to eating 6-8! He loves scallops, and it’s all because I offered him a food that even I was dubious about. Kids will really surprise you with what they enjoy if they’re only given the chance! Here are 14 fantastic fish recipes to try out with your family! I hope you’ll find some new favorites here!
