Potato Latkes are a staple at every Hanukkah table I know. I like to switch them up from time to time and use sweet potatoes. Top these babies with sour cream and/or applesauce and you’ll have even your pickiest eaters singing your cooking praises at the dinner table.
Rugelach made an appearance every year during this season for my husband’s family, so I wanted to try my hand at creating something special and nostalgic for him, without all the added sugars. My recipe for rugelach uses naturally sweet preserves instead of a cup of sugar in the filling. Add your favorite dried fruits and nuts to make these your favorite rugelach ever.
