My name is Sarah, and I’m a smoothie fanatic. Like, for REAL, people. I might even dare to call myself a connoisseur of sorts. Smoothies are the perfect breakfast food – easy to prepare, completely portable for those on the go, and most importantly, good for you.
I’ve experienced several hits and misses, but my very favorite smoothie is a sweet and tangy green one that I’ve named “The Whoorlie.” (Yes, it has a name…it’s that popular in our household.)
