One of my favorite things about summer is all the delicious summer fruit that gets stocked at the grocery store. Of all the summer fruits, watermelon is my absolute favorite. It’s sweet and juicy, perfect on even the hottest of days. Not only is it refreshing, but it always packs some nutrition. Watermelon has excellent levels of Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and is an excellent source of Potassium. It’s a treat you never have to feel guilty about and one that biting into will release memories of summers past.
