I’m still getting used to writing “13″ for the new year. Is it just me?
Anyway, since it’s still the beginning of a new year, I’m trying to remember to embrace happiness in each and every day. Because being happy isn’t a state, y’all; it’s an attitude. For most of us, happiness is something we have to remember to go after daily, or we can get too muddied down with all of the trappings of adulthood and responsibility.
So how about you join me in grabbing some happiness in every day…from appreciating the littlest things to reveling in the fun and silly?
How to do this? Glad you asked! Check out my slideshow; it’ll make you happy.
THIS? It's critical. Enjoy solitude and silence. It's good for you. :)
Starting your day with a few moments of quiet is a healthy way to ease into your day.
