Last week I celebrated my 19th Anniversary. 19! I can hardly believe it.

And yes, I was a child bride. I married young.  Obviously, as I don’t feel nearly old enough to be celebrating such a large number anniversary…

It’s shocking to realize that my husband and I have been together for more than half our lives. We’ve been through thick and thin, and have traveled extensively. We’re busy all the time as the parents of four beautiful kiddos aged 5 to 16.

Going to Disneyland as a family is one of our favorite leisure-time family activities. But Disney without the kids? That just doesn’t happen often. So we thought, what if we go to the park as a couple as a day?

We decided to spend our Anniversary in Disneyland & Disney’s Calfornia Adventure Park. Just the two of us. No kids.

I managed to capture some of the high points of our day and thanks to Disney’s new Story App I was able to quickly and easily put together a virtual Story book (with video!) about our magical day in the parks.

I’m so excited about two things now.

1. Disney is FUN without the kids! Why don’t we do this more often? We’re passholders. Date night!

2. I can’t wait to create and share more Stories with the Disney Story App. It’s so simple and so easy – right at my fingertips. I’m always shooting videos and snapping photos all day long when I visit the Disneyland Resort and this app is a dream come true. It pulls everything together into a nice neat share-able package. I can even embed my Story on a blog.

Nineteen years… I still can’t believe it. Pinch me!
