Craft-A-Day Book ReviewAshley Hackshaw
Want to get more creative this year? Craft-A-Day by Sarah Goldschadt is the perfect way to make sure you always have some inspiration. All of the projects in this book are simple and easy to do with the templates and instructions provided. My five year old daughter has loved browsing all the daily projects and most of them are ones that she would be capable of doing with minimal help. This would be a great book for anyone with kids or a classroom!
Things I love about the book:
1. Fun weekly themes such as: Gnome Week, Speech Bubble Week and Mustache Week
2. Simple directions with great closeup photos
3. A wide variety of projects that can be applied in other ways to larger projects.
Here are a few sample pages:
Bunny Week 1 of 5Easy templates that can be used for multiple types of projects (even outside the book's recommendations!)
Ghost Week 2 of 5Easy and plentiful craft ideas for every major holiday.
Speech Bubble Week 3 of 5Cute whimsical ideas.
Fish Week 4 of 5Great simple projects for simple party decor or for the home.
Gnome Week 5 of 5Who doesn't love a good gnome?
