I know what you’re thinking; you’ve got the kids and the car packed and you’re on your way to Disney World. And though you’re looking forward to the fun, you might be worried about the toll it will take on your tummy. Ah, have no fear! There is good news in the good food department of Disney.
You may recall a while back, that the Walt Disney Company announced it was taking a big step toward health when officials unveiled a plan to ban junk food advertising on it’s media properties. That commitment can also be found in the parks where there are plenty of healthy options to choose from. I asked my good friend, Ashley Reeve of A Cup Of Disney to walk me through some of the things that taste good but won’t make our diets explode.
