During the busy week there is one recipe I come back to over and over…..vegetable fried rice. I typically use frozen white rice….
….and a premixed bag of vegetables. It takes under 20 minutes to make from start to finish!
The key to making fried rice is using rice that is a few days old (i.e. the frozen rice from the grocery store is perfect) and also using a bit of sesame oil!
