Last week, before leaving for Salt Lake City, I was in a seriously foul mood. I’m not kidding: I had a thundercloud over my head. Children and baby animals scattered when they saw me coming. The ambient temperature dropped 10 degrees when I walked into a room.
Needless to say, I was not pleasant to be around.
But my trip to Salt Lake City was like hitting a reset button — and this week, even though I was totally buried under work that was neglected while I was gone, the change of scenery totally changed my mood, and I was able to fit in some quiet times in amongst all the crazy. Here’s how this week played out:
Here’s to finding my calm again. And here’s to finding yours, too.
Have a great weekend, friends.
