The Video Files: The Ellings Take Disneyworld

GET READY ORLANDO.

One of my biggest and fondest dreams is to make one of those videos where I surprise my kids with a trip to Disneyworld. Specifically Addie, because it takes a lot to impress Addie these days. Vivi could care less and would be just as excited if you told her we were having nothing but cheese for dinner. It would be hard, because I am a HORRIBLE secret keeper but then again whenever I see those commercials with the parents surprising their kids? I bawl like they’re my own children and I’M the one taking them.

My best friend is taking her four kids to Disneyworld for the first time this October, and while they have a general idea that SOMETHING is happening, they have no idea of what’s really going to happen. You see, when Addie and I were planning our trip we watched video after video online of Disneyworld and explored every PDF map we could download. We even ordered the Disneyworld vacation planning DVD and watched it until it disintegrated. Emily let me interview her kids about what they think Disneyworld might be like and given they didn’t even know who lives there? THEY ARE IN FOR SUCH A SURPRISE.

I’m so excited for them, especially Gage since the kid can barely form a though at the mention of Cars and Donald Duck.
