I’ve been really into making my own clothes recently…..by re-purposing other clothing.  It’s pretty easy to learn how garments are constructed by inspecting the clothing you already have in your closet!

I made this fitted sweatshirt using a HUGE oversized hoodie I bought from Marshall’s for $14.99.

You can get some great deals on fabric on eBay and around the web. Once I made my daughter and I matching outfits for a wedding....for under $6:
