Keep your New Year’s Diet Resolutions in 6 Steps

Do you want motivation? Meet Natalie Raitano, Master Instructor at Barry’s Bootcamp and all around amazing person. She wants to make sure that your resolution to live healthier and leaner is not wishful thinking, but a reality for the new year. Make 2013 your fittest year yet. Plus, take a look at those abs on your left. She really does look this gorgeous in real life.

Natalie Raitano knows that a killer body is a lot of work. But she’s living proof that if you take the extra steps, you too can have abs of steel. She spills her secrets, which she has aptly titled “SUPERBODY FIT FOR LIFE” with us. If you don’t believe that it works, take a another long hard look at her body. Enough said.

    This means no sugar, no processed food, and no alcohol. Natalie says that drinking wine at night turns into sugar, which of course turns into fat.

    Your dinner should not have rice, bread, or potatoes. Stick with protein and vegetables. Natalie says that what we do at night is "where the damage takes place."
