Making Me Wait … So I Shop.

 ventahood

Carly Simon was right. Anticipation can be the best part of good things ahead. I can’t WAIT to cook and hang out in my new kitchen (if you haven’t heard me whining from there, I’m in the middle of a remodel). We have a long way to go, but while we wait I’m doing some browsing for some fun kitchen items.

The farm table in my kitchen is an all-purpose gathering place for dinner, homework and Lego projects. This bright, durable tray will be the perfect resting place for salt and pepper, napkins, sugar bowl, etc. but will make clearing the table simple and easy. Find Here.

Time to replace my ratty dish towels with some snappy new ones. These Crate and Barrel towels are classy and will hide stains and wrinkles as they age. Find Here.

Versatile serving pieces can be dressed up or down. White is nice, but these shiny hammered metal trays and bowels from Williams-Sonoma add some shimmer. Find Here.

I better call the electrician back in I need to find a place for one of Schoolhouse Electric and Supply's made-in-the-USA fixtures. Find Here.
