Today is Labor Day, the unofficial end of summer, and the unofficial end of grilling season.
We love to grill, and fire it up pretty often. Mostly we cook boring chicken, but with Jafta’s rapid ascent (descent?) into foodie obsession, we’re always up for trying something new. So I did my homework—this is an excellent grilling book, and so is this one—and it turns out meat is not the only thing that does well on the grill. Anyone up for grilled fruit? Veggies? Dessert?
