By Kristen Howerton |

Trying to maintain a gluten-free diet on vacation can be intimidating, but Disneyland does a great job of accommodating food allergies.  The best way to stay up-to-date on all food options in the park is to obtain the special gluten-free menu from City Hall on Main Street when you enter the park. It turns out that there are several options for eating gluten-free, and all of them are foods that kids are sure to enjoy.  From pizza to pasta, and burgers to waffles, here are the best bets for gluten-free eating in the Disneyland park.

Redd Rockett's Pizza Port

Redd Rockett's Pizza Port has done a great job catering to gluten-free diets, with two special selections: gluten-free pasta with a choice of sauces, and pizza served on a gluten-free crust.

A big thanks to Verizon  for sponsoring this campaign. If you are planning a visit, check out the Verizon app for Disneyland, which includes maps, line estimates, and even menus to each restaurant in the park. Click here to see more of the discussion.
