    hate eating carrots? what we do every morning is juice carrots, it is so sweet and full of health benefits, add an apple to give it extra sweetness without adding sugar, you can juice almost anything, and an added bonus if you have a garden is the leftover pulp from juicing adds great nutrients to your soil!
