Glazed Doughnuts with Chocolate Frosting and Sprinkles, that’s all I have to say!

By Marie |

I was thinking of just posting the photo with this title and calling it good, because, really, that’s all you need to know.

I’m talking about favorite treats and I’m giving myself permission to indulge every once in a while.

My favorite (as you can guess) is a glaze doughnut with chocolate frosting and sprinkles. But it has to be from Krispy Kreme. I’m sorry, they are the best. I can wolf, WOLF, down 3 in a flash. And I’m not even kidding. Every time I drive by their “hot doughnuts now” sign, it calls to me. It actually calls to me when I’m miles away.

Sometimes it’s trouble! “Right here in River City. Trouble with a capital T, that rhymes with D, that stands for doughnut!”

But sometimes it’s okay to have that doughnut.’Cause you just need one. You’re having one of those days and a chocolate frosted doughnut with sprinkles seems like it’s going to solve everything. And maybe it is. So take it from me, it’s not going to hurt to have your treat and eat it too.

Are you a doughnut fan? What’s your must-have-stop-the-car-turn-around treat?!
