I’m a huge fan of Brenna Jennings, a blogger who writes for NickMom, The Huffington Post, and her own amazing blog Suburban Snapshots. It’s not really fair that someone’s Facebook and Twitter feeds should be that funny. She is consistently hilarious in 140 characters or less. This is probably why she’s almost always included in HuffPost weekly round-up of the best parenting tweets.
I was really excited to see a parenting parody of the now viral video called: “An Interpretive Dance For My Boss Set To Kanye West’s Gone”. In the original video, journalist Marina Shifrin, calls out her boss and quits her job while shaking her money maker rather impressively. It wasn’t until this morning that I realized it was Brenna’s video that talked about being a work at home mom. YOU GO, BOO.
Brenna did such a great job with her parody that Shifrin personally praised it on The Huffington Post and NPR. Brenna and her video were even on Good Morning America today! Go ahead and watch her drop it while it’s hot:
