We all love Thanksgiving, right? But the act of preparing a feast is a huge undertaking and for some reason, I forget about this. I’m very lucky because my husband does all the holiday cooking. I cook everything else all year long – but on major holidays he kills it in the kitchen.
Have you ever noticed that the perspective of the person in the kitchen tends to be different than that of the person whose job it is to do all the stuff that is not cooking (errands, last minute frenzied cleaning, kid wrangling, wiping of surfaces and noses)?
