This is what I did with it:
Woke up and watched Chelsea defeat Arsenal while I ate leftover pizza.
Think about going for a run, but realize my entire body still hurts from going to barre class Thursday and Friday so I could give it a rest for once.
Contemplated working on one of my outstanding knitting projects.
Go watch my younger son’s soccer game.
Go to lunch downtown with a friend from high school who had some great news, and then go to the cupcake store she’s been telling me about for a year. I bought one chocolate cupcake with chocolate buttercream, and one vanilla cupcake filled with custard topped with ganache.
Go to the running store to get a new pair of shoes because mine are getting old, but not find a pair I liked in my size.
Come home and drink more water (I’m trying to drink more water in general).
Eat the chocolate cupcake and turn on the Michigan State/Ohio State game.
Wake up with no change in score from when I fell asleep.
Consider making dinner. I need some kind of protein base to offset the second cupcake I’m going to eat.
And that’s as far as I’ve gotten. What would you do if you had no kids and nothing else that HAD to be done on a Fall Saturday?
