Yes to life.

NRcarlson001113-R5-E061

We are a generation that lives with purpose, focus and drive. We have to-do lists and plans and schedules that sometimes even extend to the family dog. But despite the schedules, I’m finding there are moments in my journey when my biggest job is simply to open up my arms wide, throw back my head, and say “yes.”

Yes to what might come.

Yes to risking failure.

Yes to trust.

Yes to having grace with myself.

Yes to loving more.

Yes to forgiveness.

Yes to looking like a fool sometimes.

Yes to change.

Yes to believing in dreams.

Yes to giving… BIG.

Yes to complicated.

Yes to IMPERFECTIONS and letting people see them.

Yes to welcoming people into my messy house.

Yes to fear.

Yes to admitting that I don’t know it all.

Yes to embracing pain.

Yes to letting grudges GO.

Yes to happy.

Yes to not hiding my truest self from the world…

Even the strange bits.

Yes to feeling.every.moment…

Even the hard ones.

Yes to life.

Here. We. Go.
