10 Pleasing Purple Nurseries Inspired By the Color of the Year

As I’m sure you’ve heard, Pantone revealed their color of the year: Radiant Orchid. So, it’s all about the purple-hued nursery in 2014. And with good reason!

“Radiant Orchid reaches across the color wheel to intrigue the eye and spark the imagination,” said Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute®. “An invitation to innovation, Radiant Orchid encourages expanded creativity and originality, which is increasingly valued in today’s society.”

While the nursery doesn’t have to be covered in purple, placing pops of the color of the year throughout would give you a little eye-candy for your little girl.
