18 Amazing, Sweet & Hilarious Babywearing Images

Babywearing FTWBabywearing has come a long way over the years and is now front and centre amongst some of the trendiest ways to get around/get stuff done with baby.

Historically speaking, babywearing has been around since the beginning of time, basically. Mothers used scarves, sheets – any and all types of fabric that would do the job. Although I can’t quite say that none of them were fancy.

Many an indigenous tribe; sport the most beautiful, handmade baby-carriers, wraps and slings.

There’s even an International Babywearing Conference. Who knew?

Given all of the benefits associated with babywearing it’s no wonder that the ‘movement’ has stood the test of time and proved to be one of the best ways to bond with your baby, soothe your baby and get stuff done.

Which is why I am always highly amused (it doesn’t take much), to find silly, sweet and bizarre images of babywearing. Collection of such, after the jump!
