My sister and I are 13 months apart and my mom dressed us alike all the time growing up. It’s one of my most vivid memories of my childhood. I really didn’t like it and as soon as I was able to dress myself differently than my sister, I did. I promised myself that when I had girls of my own I would never dress them alike. Well, fast forward 20 years and two little girls later and I find myself thinking otherwise. Two sisters in matching outfits is completely adorable. I don’t want to torture them completely, so I only save the matching outfits for special occasions.
I remember the first time that I was able to dress them in similar dresses was last Easter. Avery was only a couple of weeks old, but I still took advantage of the moment. Harlan picked out the dresses and was so in love with its “twirl factor.” Avery’s swallowed her, but that didn’t mess up our Easter family photo op.
I’ve dressed them in matching outfits for every major holiday since. Easter is such a fun holiday to shop for because you can finally get out of the winter mindset and look for fun spring dresses. There are so many great dresses out right now for both baby’s and toddlers. Finding dresses that matched or just simply paired well together made shopping twice as fun!
Do you have two little girls? 1 of 11Here's matching frocks for the upcoming holiday!
It’s All About The Details 2 of 11The peach color on both of these dresses makes them go great together. But I fell in love with the detail on both of these dresses. The little loops on the neckline of the baby version on the right are so simplistic yet gorgeous. The smocked neckline on the dress on the left makes it go from a simple floral dress to something so much more!

Seersucker Love 3 of 11I absolutely love seersucker because it reminds me of growing up in the south. This little touch on seersucker on these floral dresses make it absolutely adorable.

Bright as the Sunshine 4 of 11The yellow and blue on these dresses make them absolutely adorable. The striped blue almost gives them a seersucker look and is the perfect contract with the circular shaped on the body of the dress. I love that the pattern on these dresses are the same but the style of the dresses are completely different!

Lovely Lace 7 of 11I love the lace inspiration behind these dresses. Although it's risky to put a baby in white, I bought the dress on the right for Avery and had no problems with it. She looked absolutely adorable in it. The white overlay on the big girls dress with the coral peeking through is stunning!

Classic Peter Pan Collar 8 of 11I am all about the peter pan collar at the moment. I love the look of it on both shirts and dresses. It just gives such a classic look to whatever it is paired with. These dresses with the contrasting white peter pan collars really perfect this dress!

A Little Touch of Ruffles 9 of 11These bright coral and teal colors on these dresses immediately stood out to me. I absolutely love the collar on the baby dress and love the embroidered flowers on the girls dress. The ruffled sleeves on both dresses pulls this outfit together.

Striped Magic 10 of 11I bought Avery her very first Jacadi dress for her birthday and have been in love ever since. The soft pinks in these dresses are absolutely perfect for both spring and easter. The different sized stripes on both dresses make for a great similar look that isn't perfectly matching.

Bright Florals Galore 11 of 11I saw this dress on the left and immediately knew that I had to buy it for Harlan. She absolutely loves to twirl in dresses and I knew this would be the perfect one for her. When I saw the baby version, I knew that Avery would look as girly as ever in it. The bright colors would go great from spring into summer.
