20 Easter Dresses Perfect for Sisters

My sister and I are 13 months apart and my mom dressed us alike all the time growing up. It’s one of my most vivid memories of my childhood. I really didn’t like it and as soon as I was able to dress myself differently than my sister, I did. I promised myself that when I had girls of my own I would never dress them alike. Well, fast forward 20 years and two little girls later and I find myself thinking otherwise. Two sisters in matching outfits is completely adorable. I don’t want to torture them completely, so I only save the matching outfits for special occasions.

I remember the first time that I was able to dress them in similar dresses was last Easter. Avery was only a couple of weeks old, but I still took advantage of the moment. Harlan picked out the dresses and was so in love with its “twirl factor.” Avery’s swallowed her, but that didn’t mess up our Easter family photo op.

I’ve dressed them in matching outfits for every major holiday since. Easter is such a fun holiday to shop for because you can finally get out of the winter mindset and look for fun spring dresses. There are so many great dresses out right now for both baby’s and toddlers. Finding dresses that matched or just simply paired well together made shopping twice as fun!
