When it comes to parenting I’m VERY low maintenance. I hate diaper bags, bottles, and unnecessary little gadgets that people lived without for years–like car window shades and wipe warmers.
I just don’t like STUFF. I already have too much of it.
That being said, there are a few things that I really can’t live without.
Looking back over the past 3 months (Little Bean will be 3 months on Friday–YIKES!) these are the items I depend on and use, in some cases, daily. Besides the crib and car seat of course. Those are no brainers.
My Baby Carrier 1 of 5I've posted about this before. The Infantino Swift Carrier is on of the cheapest one on the market and it's perfect! For me anyway. I've used it as much as the carriage.
Our Bouncer 2 of 5Ok, so I may be a cheapskate. I bought the Fisher Price Bouncer - How Now Brown Cow because it was the cheapest one at the store. Now Little Bean lives in it when I'm in the kitchen.
My Breast Pump 3 of 5I got the Medela Pump in Style as a hand-me-down and it's been fabulous! Even with only one working side.
Breastmilk storage bags 4 of 5These work perfectly with my homemade breastmilk storage system.
My Nursing Bras 5 of 5Once I found Motherhood Maternity: Medium Support Padded Cup Underwire Nursing Bra I bought 3. They work perfectly and have just the support and fit I want. Like my old bras but with easy access clips.
