7 Months. Late But Not Forgotten

I’m 3 days late. Haaaaa! Yea right! Not THAT kind of late. Wouldn’t that just be something. I’ve gotten goosebumps by just even putting it out into the universe as a joke.

What I’m really on about is that Abby turned 7 months old on February 26. Slack, though I am sure you will cut me given that I was on a plane exiting the Blissdom vortex.

It’s taken me just that long to recuperate. Also? Still on my own over here with nary a man in site. Specifically mine. 5 more sleeps till this hum-dinger of a month is but a memory.

I. Cannot. Wait. Not just for the return of my parental partner, but well YOU know. We’ve been making babies for some reason or another. Must be that we dig each-other and that life is better with the other in close proximity.

I’ve gone and rambled on past what this post is really about.

Abby in all of her glory at 7 months.

My girl is steadfast. Round, rolly and rosy. Full of gleee and innocent adoration. Upon my return from blog Hollywood Blissdom, I came home with pressies.

Specifically wooden treasures. Warm magic from Ohio. These Montessori/Waldorf natural toys are at once teethers, rattles and developmental articles for imaginative discovery and play. Little Alouette wonders are made with love by the hubby of my newest artist/writer girl crush. Obviously Lil’ Abner has been in a drooly state of heaven ever since. 7 month old proof of joy after the jump.
