Even though Saturday really marked Addie’s three month birthday, Friday on his way home from work my husband stopped and got her a single pink rose. Of course I got some beautiful flowers, but this was the first time Addie got her own flower, and it made my heart melt.
Then Saturday rolled around, and I pulled my camera out to bother Addison for some pictures, like always… and I got some really great ones.
Not only did I harass her with her monthly owl sticker onsie, but she also went to her first beach front concert that night…
So some of the stats for Little Miss A now, she is 11 pounds and 6 ounces…She is starting to fill out her 0-3 month clothes nicely.
She isn’t bothered as much anymore by her hair accessories, although she really doesn’t care for hats still.
She is turning into less of a snacker, and more of a baby who wants to relax and breastfeed for a good 20-30 minutes instead, but she is only nursing about 8ish times during the day, once being at about 5am which is when she is sleeping until these days. Depending on the night of course!
She has actually napped in her crib a couple times, and enjoys it as long as she has her little owl lovie with her. It is cute how much she loves this little lovie… It is an owl head, with a small blanket attached to it.
Oh, I also found her Halloween costume… yes, I am looking already and thanks to some scouting on Etsy by my bestie, Addison will of course be an Owl for Halloween.
In development, she is picking her head up, and almost trying to sit up any time she is laying down… in her swing, crib, car seat… anyplace. She isn’t a huge fan of tummy time, but if she has to cry for 10 minutes just to get it in, she is going to have to deal. (Insert sad face here… Can any of my kids enjoy tummy time at this age?!!)
She amazes me every day!
Now for some pictures!
