Round Up: Baby's First Cell Phone Photo

I'm here!

Official birth announcements may still be delivered to mail boxes, but let’s face it. News of baby’s arrival typically comes by way of cell phone, these days. Snail mail has nothing on wireless communication. At least not as far as immediacy is concerned.

Cell phones make the announcement totally instantaneous. And with news this good, who wants to prolong it anyway? Family and friends near and far are sitting on pins and needles, each excited not only to know when baby made her way into the world, but also what she looks like!

Newborns change so quickly, but there’s something so telling about that very first photo—even if its just from this measly old thing we call a cell phone.

Here are a handful of first cell phone photos for you to fawn over, this Tuesday morning. Seeing all these newborns almost makes me wish I was still pregnant.
