Cutlery Need Not ApplySelena Mills
As you may or may not be able to tell, this is Abby eating. Which is how she’s taken to consuming what’s in front of her as of late. Not all the time, but frequently enough. If there’s a mound of brown rice or quinoa going on, she dives right in, head first.
She has this thing with doing face plants. Before, if she was frustrated or tired, face plant. If she wanted momma or pappa’s attention, face plant. If her big bro was annoying her? Face plant. Only now it’s been included with the eating of her food.
I must admit it’s all pretty dang adorable, especially when she’s eating. And not just because she’s my baby. Anyone else in our company during meal-time is also taken in by her charms. When she sticks her arms straight out and goes diving for morsels, coming up grinning from ear to ear and performing on call? It’s more than they can take. They are smitten for life.
Which, clearly, she knows. This is part of her master plan. Effortlessly so. It’s not like she sits and devises ways for people to fall in love with her, or does she? Either way, our little diva will be pleasing audiences for many years to come. Of that we are sure. Also? She loves her some asparagus. Hooray!
